Directions:

From I5 North: Head south past Eugene, take exit 188A, Willamette Hwy. Stay to the left toward Oakridge & Hwy 58, go under the overpass, and take your first right onto Matthews Rd. Go 1.6 miles; Four Hooves Veterinary Clinic sign is on your left, and you can pull in and park in front of the building with the red door.

From South on I5: Head North past Creswell, take exit 188A, Willamette Hwy, Hwy 58. Turn right, and immediately turn right again onto Matthews Rd. Go 1.6 miles; Four Hooves Veterinary Clinic sign is on your left, and you can pull in and park in front of the building with the red door.

From East on Hwy 58: Head toward I5, cross the green bridge over the south fork of the Willamette river. Take the next left onto Matthews Rd. Go 1.3 miles; Four Hooves Veterinary Clinic sign is on your right, and you can pull in and park in front of the building with the red door.
